Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Final
All sales are considered final once payment is confirmed and delivery or pickup has been scheduled. We encourage you to ask any questions about products before purchasing — call or text Robyn at 504-407-9075.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, you have 7 days from delivery to report the issue. Contact Robyn directly to initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order details and a description (photos are helpful)
- Robyn will coordinate the replacement or refund
3. Manufacturer Warranty
Speed Queen TC5/DC5 models include a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering all parts and labor. This warranty is provided and honored by Speed Queen — not NOLA Robyn. For warranty claims after the 7-day return window:

4. What Is NOT Eligible for Return
- Products that have been installed and used without defect
- Cosmetic preferences (color, size) — please confirm your selection before ordering
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved for a defective or damaged item:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the defect was present at the time of delivery
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before delivery or pickup, contact Robyn as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the circumstances.
