1. Overview
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through NOLA Robyn (nolarobyn.com) or by contacting Robyn Suarez directly. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All products listed are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or delivery fees unless otherwise noted.
- Louisiana state and parish sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
3. Payment
We accept payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. NOLA Robyn never stores or has access to your full card number.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is considered final. Robyn will contact you directly to confirm details and schedule delivery or pickup.
5. Delivery
- Delivery fee: $100 flat rate within 50 miles of New Orleans.
- Delivery is typically available next business day, subject to scheduling.
- Pickup: Available at 5200 Westbank Expy, Marrero, LA 70072 during business hours (Tue-Thu, 10am-7pm).
6. Warranty
Speed Queen products include a manufacturer's warranty (5 years on TC5/DC5 models, covering all parts and labor). This warranty is provided by Speed Queen, not NOLA Robyn. For warranty claims, contact Speed Queen directly or reach out to Robyn for assistance.
7. Sales Tax
Louisiana state tax (4.45%) plus applicable parish tax is collected on all orders. The combined rate for Orleans Parish is 9.45%. Your exact rate is determined by your delivery or pickup address.
8. Limitation of Liability
NOLA Robyn facilitates sales and delivery of furniture and appliances. Product warranties and guarantees are provided by the respective manufacturers. NOLA Robyn is not liable for manufacturer defects beyond facilitating the warranty claim process.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
